Established in 2001 by David Vanderhook, whose career has included periods as personal chef to, amongst others, the Rothchild, Valentino and the Aga Khan, Lime owns two bars and a nightclub in Manchester and a restaurant and bar in Surrey.

Each venue has its own distinct style.  Lime in Booth Street, central Manchester, offers a stylish, informal setting where customers can enjoy some of the best cocktails in town; whilst underneath, Sublime is a hot spot for party goers on a Friday and Saturday night.  Across town, Lime at The Lowry in Salford Quays offers beautifully cooked food prepared daily on site with locally sourced, fresh ingredients and benefits from a superb outdoor space making it a firm favourite with theatre goers.

Lounge, in the popular town of Godalming in Surrey, offers something a little different to the other bars and restaurants in the area with appeal to both the lunchtime crowd and party set.
